Prices are based on 2 persons sharing a Suite and exclude Christmas and the New Year.  A 25% reduction on the prices quoted is made for single occupancy of any Suite subject to availabilty.

Reductions may apply for bookings of 3 nights or more.  Please enquire at the time of making a reservation.

Please also note that a minimum stay of 3 nights applies at Easter, Christmas and the New Year and for advance bookings a minimum stay of 2 nights also applies at other Bank Holidays and most weekends between 1 April and 31 October.

Booking Conditions

Advance Reservations - To secure a reservation a deposit of 25% is required or a debit or credit card number valid up to the date of your departure.

Please note that provisional bookings do not become secured until you have supplied valid card details or have paid a 25% deposit and written confirmation has been sent to you which for Internet enquiries will be done by email and by letter in the case of telephone enquiries.

Cancellation Policy - The full amount becomes payable for any cancellation made less than 3 days of the date of arrival.  Deposits will not be refunded in the event of cancellation less than 14 days of the date of arrival.

Check In/Check Out - Check in is usually between 3.30 pm and 7. 00 pm but we can often accommodate earlier arrivals especially in the Low and Mid Seasons.  If you wish to arrive outside these times please call or email at least 24 hours in advance to make alternative arrangements.  Luggage can be stored if the accommodation is not available when you arrive.

Check out is 10.30 am.  If you wish to check out later please enquire the night before when we will do out best to assist.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOTEL EXCEPT ON THE OUTSIDE TERRACES

We regret we are unable to accommodate pets or children under the age of 12.
